Policies

Cancelations

  • All cancelations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment date & time.

  • A fee will be charged & paid before any other appointments are accepted, if failed to do so.

  • If there’s an emergency & you can’t cancel in time, the fee will be waived.

Reschedules

  • All appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before appointment date & time.

Late/No Show

  • There will be a 15 minute grace period (after appointment time starts) before appointment is canceled.

  • A fee will be charged if client fails to contact provider.

If you arrive early

  • Please wait in your vehicle.

  • There is currently no waiting area in the building.

  • You may walk in 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time.

Lash fills & Clean Lashes

  • Clients must have at least 40-50% lash extensions remaining when returning to a fill.

  • A new set will be charged, if failure to do so.

  • Please have clean, makeup-free lashes for your appointment. Makeup can affect retention & application of lashes.

  • Please contact your provider if a lash cleanse is needed prior to appointment.

Illnesses

  • Health & safety are a top priority.

  • Please do not come in if you’re experiencing any symptoms.

  • Contact provider if you need to reschedule.

Refunds

  • There will be no refunds issued.
